Eleventy Milano is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Dispatch Shipment

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
